Core Values of SDIS
Student Discipline and Integrity Standards

At the heart of the Student Discipline and Integrity Standards (SDIS) are core values that guide student behavior, support personal development, and uphold the school's educational mission. These values form the foundation for a respectful, responsible, and thriving school community.

1. Respect
  • We honor the dignity, diversity, and rights of every individual. Respect is shown through words, actions, and attitudes — toward peers, teachers, staff, school property, and oneself.
  • 2. Integrity
  • Students are expected to act with honesty and strong moral principles at all times, especially in academic work. Integrity means taking responsibility for one’s actions and doing what is right, even when no one is watching.
  • 3. Responsibility
  • Being accountable for one’s behavior, decisions, and commitments — including attending classes, submitting work on time, and contributing positively to the school environment.
  • 4. Safety
  • We are committed to creating a secure and supportive environment where students feel physically, emotionally, and socially safe. Everyone has a role in promoting and maintaining a safe community.
  • 5. Inclusivity
  • Our community values diversity and embraces individuals from all cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives. Students are encouraged to engage with openness and empathy.
  • 6. Excellence
  • Striving for personal and academic growth is encouraged and celebrated. Students are supported in setting high standards and working diligently to achieve their goals with discipline and perseverance.
  • These core values are more than just rules — they shape the culture of our school and prepare students to be thoughtful, ethical, and engaged global citizens.

School Policy & Code of Conduct (SDIS)

At Shree Dhanvantary International School, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all members of our community. The Student Discipline and Integrity Standards (SDIS) outline the expectations, responsibilities, and behavioral guidelines for students while on campus, online, or participating in any school-affiliated activity.

    Purpose of SDIS

    The SDIS serves to:

    • Promote a culture of mutual respect, honesty, and academic integrity.
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
    • Provide a transparent framework for disciplinary procedures and student accountability.
    Key Components of the SDIS

      • Students must avoid plagiarism, cheating, fabrication of data, and unauthorized collaboration.
      • Violations are subject to investigation and may result in academic penalties
    • Behavioral Expectations
      • Respect for staff, peers, and property is mandatory.
      • Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of violence will not be tolerated.

      • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and school activities unless excused.
      • Repeated absenteeism may affect academic standing.
    • Digital Conduct
      • Responsible use of technology is required; misuse of devices, social media, or school platforms may lead to disciplinary action.
    • Dress Code
      • Students should dress appropriately for a learning environment, as outlined in the SDIS policy.
    • Substance-Free Policy
      • The use or possession of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited on school premises.
